Repayment Agreements

Repayment Agreements are necessary when a resident has underreported their income, which resulted in an overpayment of assistance.  HUD Notice H 09-20 provides information about investigating and resolving income discrepancies.  To provide additional clarification, we have created a step-by-step guide to submitting repayment agreements on your voucher.  Below you will find a link to HUD Notice H 09-20, as well as a link to our Accounting for Overpayments of Assistance sheet.  Remember, you can contact your TRACS Data Analyst at any time if you have questions.
