The first thing to know is that we can only guarantee timely payments to those of you who submit your vouchers by the 10th of the month prior to the month in which you are vouchering. This means that SHCC must have received both an error-free electronic voucher submission and a hard copy of that voucher. Both forms of the voucher must match in order for the submission to be considered complete.
Tenant Rental Assistance Certification System (TRACS) is nothing more than a secure e-mail system. It will have a To, From and Subject line just like normal e-mail. You cannot access TRACSMail via the Internet, DSL, or a cable modem because it is a closed system. See the TRACS site at HUD.
To view your certifications and vouchers in TRACS, you must have a secure connection, a User ID and Password. This can be attained on HUD’s TRACS site.

Multi-Family Move-Out Request Form
This form is used to request an HQ initiated move-out. This form is to be
used only if submitting a MAT40 is not possible. This form does not
replace MAT40's. You must obtain SHCC's approval prior to submitting the form.

Error Report
This form is used to report discrepancies found in a tenant's name or personal
information to the Social Security Administration.
