Property Standards staff are responsible for responding to tenant concerns and complaints. Resolving health and safety issues in a prompt, attentive, and courteous manner is a priority for SHCC. The Property Standards staff strives to ensure that each project within its jurisdiction is viewed as a positive asset within it's neighboring community. In this respect, SHCC has established a Call-Center.
SHCC’s Call-Center is accessed via a toll free 888 number and an 800 TDD number. Both numbers are posted in each property's office as well as at local tenant and advocacy group's offices. All properties under SHCC’s jurisdiction are required by SHCC to post SHCC’s Call Center posters in common areas. The Call Center number is 1-888-842-4484.
